Our Standards

What we won't do.

We publish this page because most telehealth companies don't. These are the lines Full Precision Health will not cross, in plain language, with the reasoning behind each one. If you want to see how coverage works first, start with insurance.

Precision Nutrition. Most Plans Covered.
01

No compounded GLP-1 knockoffs.

Our medical program prescribes brand-name GLP-1 medications only. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness. We do not put a patient on one to save a step.

02

No gray-market peptides.

Every prescription in our peptide lane starts with a real evaluation by a licensed medical provider and is filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. We do not source from importers, research-chemical sellers, or anyone operating outside that chain.

03

No paying anyone for patient referrals.

Referral payments distort medical judgment and violate anti-kickback law. A provider or partner recommending Full Precision Health is never compensated for sending a patient our way.

04

No cash-pay programs for Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE patients.

Cash pricing is not available to Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE members. Federal program members are covered under their program’s own billing rules, and we follow those rules without exception.

05

No unlicensed coaches giving clinical advice.

Medical nutrition therapy and prescribing decisions come from registered dietitians and licensed medical providers only. A wellness coach at Full Precision Health is never positioned to give clinical advice.

06

No before-and-after photos.

Transformation photos flatten a patient down to a body and invite comparison that has nothing to do with their actual health outcomes. We do not ask for them and we do not publish them.

Medical Lane / GLP-1 Supply Chain

How a GLP-1 prescription actually travels at Full Precision Health.

No step is skipped and no step is compounded. This is the whole chain, in order.

01

A licensed medical provider evaluates you.

Every GLP-1 prescription in our medical program starts with a real evaluation, not a questionnaire that auto-approves.

02

We pursue insurance prior authorization first.

Brand-name GLP-1s are accessed through your insurance’s prior authorization process. We handle the paperwork and fight the appeals when a plan denies or delays.

03

Manufacturer direct-pay programs cover the gap.

When coverage falls short, the cash fallback is a manufacturer direct-pay program such as LillyDirect or NovoCare, not a compounding shortcut.

04

A licensed U.S. pharmacy fills it. Always.

No compounded GLP-1s, ever, in our medical program. The pharmacy at the end of the chain is always licensed and U.S.-based.

Peptide Lane

A principle, not a catalog.

We stay compound-agnostic on purpose. Regulatory status in this category changes, so we do not publish a fixed list of what is available. What stays fixed is the process: every prescription starts with a real evaluation by a licensed medical provider, and every prescription is filled by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Full Precision Health does not sell or dispense peptides directly; our role is the medical evaluation and the prescription.

Your registered dietitian leads your care. Every prescribing decision is made by a licensed medical provider.
