OutcomesClinical evidence basis

What the evidence says is possible.

Our protocols are built around clinical outcomes from dietitian-led medical nutrition therapy, not marketing claims. The numbers above are benchmarks: what published research shows is achievable.

Preventive benefit1

Evidence-based care.

Medical nutrition therapy is a USPSTF-recommended intervention for adults with obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular risk factors. Covered under ACA preventive benefits for most commercial plans and Medicare.

Clinical framework2

Dietitian-led outcomes.

Published studies show weekly visits with a registered dietitian produce A1C reductions comparable to adding a diabetes medication, and weight changes that match guideline-recommended targets. That's why we model our program around the visit cadence that actually works.

1U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommendation for adults with obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular risk factors.

2Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Evidence Analysis Library; ADA Standards of Care.

Individual results vary based on adherence, health status, and protocol. We'll publish our own de-identified patient outcomes as our cohort matures.

If any of this
sounds familiar…

You're not alone, and you're not broken. You just haven't had the right system yet.

  • A diner photographing a plated meal at a restaurant table

You've tried every diet. Nothing sticks.

Keto, Whole30, intermittent fasting. Short-term wins, long-term failure. None of them were built around your labs, hormones, or daily life.

  • Hands holding a printed benefits report at a kitchen table

Your symptoms keep getting "normal" labs.

Fatigue, bloating, brain fog, weight you can't lose. Standard blood panels miss it. Functional testing finds what basic labs skip.

  • Woman performing a core exercise on a Pilates reformer

    You're on a GLP-1 with zero support.

A med alone isn't a plan. Without nutrition protocol and monitoring, you lose muscle, rebound when you stop, and miss the protocol that actually works.

  • A runner on a winding road in low sun

Generic advice that ignores your biology.

Every body metabolizes differently. Your plan should come from your genetics, gut microbiome, and blood markers, not a generic macro calculator.

Who Treats You

Every visit is with a
licensed registered dietitian.

Dietitians you work with every week. Physicians overseeing the clinical standards behind them.

Your dietitian

Registered dietitians are credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Yours is licensed by the dietetic board in the state where you live.

Medical direction

A physician sets the clinical protocols your dietitian works from and supervises the standard of care across the practice. The medical director does not see patients directly.

Prescribing, when it applies

Medical nutrition therapy does not require a prescription. When medication is clinically indicated, prescribing is handled by a licensed physician under the medical director’s protocols, in the states where that is available. Your dietitian does not prescribe.
